Attend to general mandatory training enquiries from the WM Business units and Risk teams Recording/monitoring of initial and continuing education (eg training registers) Maintain appropriate training records (e.g. maintaining training registers, preparing annual training summaries). Regularly source ongoing continuing education training content from Kaplan (eLearning RG146 provider) and upload to the Learning Centre, CBA's primary learning platform. Produce and distribute monthly mandatory training reports (including RG146, RM/RO and mandatory training) across all WM Business Units. Maintain and update all WM learning plans via the Learning Centre. Maintain and process training enrolments for all RG146 accredited staff.
